ABOUT THE REGISTRATION DIVISION
The Division falls under the Department of Legal Affairs, under the President’s Office. It is the custodian of a number of registries for land titles, business names, companies, associations amongst others which stems from its core function of registration. Additionally, the Registration Division provides access to these different registries and collects revenue from different statutory fees. The nature of these functions necessitates the need for continuous effort in providing quality and timely services to its clients, including the public, Government and Non-Government entities.
